Try some laquer thinner and see how that works. It might could the factory paint underneath it, but if it hasn't been sanded then you should just be able to polish it back up. To do it properly, you would need to sand and paint the front end to make it right, but well, there's a time and a place for that much work right? I'd try to wash it off with thinner first. It doesn't look the highest quality job so I'm sure it won't take much to remove it.

Hard to tell from the pic, but it looks very thin and not prepped at all. If that's the case, I'd be inclined to try hitting it with some 800 grit wet to get it off, then do some light wet sandind with 1500, then buff it. Worse case, it might need to be re-cleared, unless there are any chips in the original paint.
