Clear Corner Question?

I am about to do the Headlight mod and was wondering if i could do the same to my clear corners. I recently purchased a set of clear corners but think they will look kinda goofy with black headlights so i was wondering if i could also crack them open and paint the inside as well. I do not know how light output will be affected but believe it shouldnt be 2 bad since the bulb is in front of the the backing with nothing obstructing it. I was just wondering. Dont wanta be getting harassed about it by the cops all the time. lol

Like I said, I understand the aftermarket ones to be more britle than OEM ones that Scott Richardson took apart for his truck....or the 3 sets i've done.

Thanks STL.

In my state of Oregon, front marker lights can be either Amber or White...depends state to state.

Also becareful sealing them back up. the ridge where you glue them back together is different that the headlights so if the glues job isnt as clean it will show up more than on the headlights. Beacuase the way to headlights mount in you cant see the edges where the sealant is.
