Picked up a Power dome.

Picked up a Power dome.

Went back to the Junkyard today, and picked up the Power dome. the last time I was there he said he would give it to me for 30 but I got it for $25, because somebody took the hood scoops off of it and scratched the hell out of the hood. Here's some pics:

and this nasty little booboo. do I just bondo right over that or do I shave down all the broken stuff?

I still think its a steal, I can't wait till I put this on! Unfortunately it will be a awhile til I do.

Fix the corner and paint it. You gonna do black or something on the raised part?

shave it down a bit into the surrounding areas. use fiberglass and resin. SMC resin is probably your best bet. After thatl you can use filler over that to smooth it out. Not too hard.

No I'm gonna keep the whole thing the same color.

Thanks wasn't really sure what to use, glad i know now.

Thanks Freddie! Ya, it definitely needs some work but I'm going to fix it up myself so I don't end up spending a fortune on this thing.
