I thought about doing just a tilt-up in mine. You can get a full power roof for the extended cabs that goes back into the roof and doesnt stick out when its open. I'm more fond of just a tilt-up.
Overall, I have an issue with someone cutting a hole in my roof. lol

I know there's a couple guys with sunroofs that are really happy with them that I'm sure will chime in. If you decide to do it, throw up some pictures and let us know how it turned out. Maybe you can talk me into one.

personally there are tons of people that have installed a sunroof/moonroof in a ranger. but personally I would never do it. there is a main support for the roof really the only one goes right down the center, there was picture on another forum of a ranger rearending a vehical the ranger had a moonroof/sunroof and the roof of the cab folded it. i would never cut that support beem and you have to, to install it..but thats me...plus there is a long debate thread on this forum already about it I'll search and see if i can find it..

here is one..
