Yes..

01-03 XLT(4x4) or EDGE Grille
01-03 XLT(4x4) or EDGE Hood aka "Powerdome"
and any bumper will look good..

No header panel needed, your truck is a 2001, so a 2001-2003 grille(yes the whole thing) will pop right in place(after you unbolt the small bolts on top of the grille then pull out the old one), 4 bolts for the hood, 4 bolts for the bumper(if you replace the whole thing or if you just do the valance there are alot of smaller bolts that hold the plastic to the metal bumper)

recommend 2 buddies to help with the hood,, the bumper and grille are a one man job but it never hurts to have help.. and no need to touch your headlights

Well I bought a whole parts truck so you can't really judge it buy my cost. Besides I got a heck of a deal I probably won't run across again.

I just meant that if you already have holes in the fenders you could just install the edge flares. I changed mine because my truck didn't have the holes in the fenders, I had the other flares installed with two sided tape. I didn't realize they were prone to fall off.
