Street Scenes grill for '06

Does anyone know what the StreetScenes grill for the 2006 Ranger looks like. I'm assuming it takes out the 3 bars in the middle and the 2 on the sides rather than going behind those bars to show through. I'm hoping that it goes behind and shows through the bars. It says it is a 6 piece set. Help me out. Thanks

I hope so too, I just ordered a 06 Grille shell, I really like the looks of the newer grilles. I've liked them since they came out on the super dutys. Very agressive & tough look imo.
On the street scenes page its got 2004-2006, how can that be, 2006 is totally different than 2005.

Will these inserts go behind the bars and show through on the 06-07 grills. What is the difference between the six piece and 3 piece? Do inserts look good or are they junk?

This would be the idea. I haven't seen anyone do it yet.

Your grill 'shell' is the same from 2004-current, which means on the Streetsceene website that it replaces 2004-2006 grills, they are sending you something that will completely replace your existing grill and put in a whole new unit.

The appearance of your grill is different from 2004-05 but the structural/manufactured pieces are identical, its just a cosmetic change.

So the "inserts" don't just fit behind the original grill instead of replacing the whole thing? I'm confused with the 3 and 6 piece decription.

Maybe if they had a damn picture of what it looks like. I offered to be the test model truck for the 06 and since streetscenes is located in Costa Mesa which is only fifteen minutes away it would have been perfect. Ever since I sent that email to them, they now are accepting test model vehicles including the ranger but only up to the 03. Damn!
