Tool box CB Antenna mounting - Suggestions

I've heard pro's and con's to mounting an antenna on the tool box. However we've figured it to be the best location on my truck. I've figured to rivet or bolt the mount to the aluminum box. From there ground the tool box to the body via the front bed tie down bolts. I will also rivet a single ground wire from the actual mount to ground.

Any pics of what you have?

I figure it will be grounded pretty well using multiple connections.

Thanks!

I borrowed my friends NGP antenna. And it cut down on about half the static and interference. All I had to do was screw it in, no grounding required.
