when i built these last year, i rattle canned them with industrial spray paint. as you can see, the paint did not survive the winter very well. i am probly gonna have them sand blasted and powder coated this spring or summer.

so, what color should i have them done in? im thinkin of goin back grey again, but a lil darker shade to better match the flares and bed rail caps.

Yeah man a darker grey would definitly go with your flairs and such. Id do it.

Ok how about you have the fenders and bumpers painted body color. You can kill two birds with one stone and have a respectable looking truck again.

ouch, my truck is not respectable with white fenders/grille?

i dont want to paint the bumpers and worry about chips/scratching that will rust again. powdercoat will handle the abuse i give these bumpers alot better than paint. i also think if i color matched them to the truck they might blend in too much and look like i dont have any bumpers at all.

 

he had a blue Ranger before this truck.......those fenders are off a Mazada....i do believe they are off of Edge_Wannabes truck....

actually i got mazda fenders cause they were cheap and i liked the bulge. i have not painted them because i dont see a point in wastin the money jus to go out and beat em up on the trails.
