havent really seen pictures of front hitches or tow hooks on 3rd gens, any pics?

 

im not sure if im a 3rd gen or a 4th gen... i got a 99 ranger and im putting one in my truck before the end of march..... ill post pics of the build

 

your a 4th. 3rd gens didnt com e stock with tow hooks but you can add some if you have a fog light valance. but you have to put a hole through your frame. i plan on doing this in the spring once i get some more money. heres a link from trshttp://www.therangerstation.com/Maga...stallation.htm

 

so noone has tow hooks or front hitchs on 3rd gens? where do you guys hook your recovery straps up at?

 

We just don't get stuck!

 

I can think of two guys on here with Gen 3 and front hitches.
You can do it, but its some real welding.

 

I've only been stuck 1 time and it was more like being planted than stuck
