Hello all,
I'm new to the forum and just purchased a 2006 4x4 4.0 supercab 2 door.
I thought I had checked everything on the list here for this car but when i ripped the bed off I found the cross member that sits above the fuel tank is rusted out at the sides. i need to fix this to pass the inspection here in upstate NY
The rest of the frame is okay. I am going to clean up and por15 the whole frame bur I need a solution on replacing this part of the frame.
Any ideas here, can I still buy new oem sections of the frame, havent seen anything available?
Pics attached, thanks for any help, I'm quite worried that this cant be fixed?
