I too would say no, BUT what about trying something different.
Attempt to see what has the same well base as your truck and maybe the a similar width frame, then setup the Cab to fit the front wheels and engine and then add the bed.
Wondering what the Ranger Body would like mounted on top of an F-150 Frame, may be a flat bed or an extended bed or even a tool box in between the bed and the cab.
There are a lot of ways around the length, it is the width that might cause the grief.
I have no idea other than what I have always wanted to do but never got there.
My HD Ranger:
I have always wanted a stretched Early Bronco Frame )Throttle Down Customs, and my '03 Short Bed Ranger to mate up !
A friend of mine did a Bronco II on an Early Bronco Frame, it was on the cover of one f the Truck Mags, It worked out well, wheel base was the same, width was good, and the V-8 power worked out great.
With that swap, you have access to a lot of Lift Kits and engine options.
I know... over the top in a lot of ways, but still a good option somewhere down the line.
Good Luck on your set up !
