oh I agree, but It also did nothing for coverage if I did hit somthing. But It will flow alot better when The truck starts to take a beefier shape. Bu who knows I might make another one down the road.

heh nah I paid them in full, along with a court appearance. It was back when I had a summer when no cop liked my truck. My truck is basically the same and I havnt had any trouble in years

Finshed the bumper today. Ended up adding a 2" reciever to it for a hitch. I have pics up until the new fame mounts I added before I closed up shop. I'll get more pics tomorrow of it on. I'm glad I put it in the bumper so I dont have the extra hitch hanging below, thanks for the persuasion guys

hole cut through for the reciever

plate cut and drilled for safety chain part of the hitch

bumper fully welded (the chain plate is still tacked in the pics) and ground ready for paint. My welds on the seam were'nt high enough to be grinded down to the same level as the tube, so it looks meh but I'll live

yeah I have been throwing around the Idea of either making some mini sliders that I can bolt on and run along the rear bedside. Or making a lower part to the bumper that wraps around the sides a bit. I'll have to look at it a while to see how I can do it, and not make it look like hell either.
