On your bed supports, i would add some more tubing under the floor and connect it to the bumper or frame etc. I had some on mine with the dovetail (although mine wern't connected) and it ripped the floor of the bed out in about a month. Connecting the sides it should be ok; wouldn't hurt to be on the safe side though.

Lucky man. I start up my second round of welding classes here come late August, so I'm hoping I can get some free scrap metal to make some stuff out of.

Bumper looks great though.

Thanks for the suggestion. Yeah I probably should tie it in from under the bed out to the frame or the back of the bumper. Never hurts to be on the safe side like you said.

yeah thats kinda why I put the crossbar on the bed supports. only place I really had to mount them and look ok.

I will make sure to copy your bumper when I do mine in a couple weeks. Satin black looks nice. Are your D-ring tabs 3 inch long?

Andrew, maybe you should pm him. He's not on as much as he used to be. I normally wouldn't say anything but I saw you posted in both of his bumper threads.

Some members got it at lowes, I forget the other places mentioned. Maybe summit.
