I think your going to continue to have troubles with bending problems. The way yours is designed its putting all the twisting force of the axle into one spot on the tube and it will most likely continue to bend there.

Actually that bend was from it landing on a rock, not the torque of the axle. I know this (among other reasons) becuase there is a nice scratch in the powder coating just on the inside (the bottom) of the bend.

So I'm gonna try round two and see where it gets me.

thanks! i like both ideas. we will see what i can come up with. both ideas should work for just 1 in the center.

Its still that same concept the force is just applied a different way.

Go grab a measuring tape and measure under your cab, they will be the same measurements

Yes I know it will be the same if I measure it I was being being lazy. More important question. How far do they sit from the body, and how far under the door?
