Before i say anything its 3 in the morning and i cant sleep yet im tired as all h.ll. I have about a million things i want to so with my 09 ranger but the biggest issue i have recently come to is i REALLY need my extended cap to have atleast one half door on the driver side. now i know this is pretty far out there as far as fab work goes and is more trouble than its worth...(so are most of my ideas, i just like to build and work with tools)...but asides from the easy fix of just look for another truck or the next in line fix of obtaining a new cab, what would it take to make this happen. i mean can i even do this? like i said i like to build these things. sorta my hobby i guess u could say. not scared of the work and i am eventually getting a new truck so i am going to put the ranger aside and let the builds begin

 

Find an extended cab at the junk yard that has 4 doors, and chop off the cab section for the door. Then cut up your cab, weld on the junk yard bit, and pray everything is lined up right.
