don't get the explorer express, it's only an m62, not as big as an m90. look over on RPS where I beleive Doug (bamachips) and Brian Mcklevey (sp?) have installed this in a truck. if you think it's a simple bolt on etc it's not. if you want bolt on go with explorer express, but again I wouldn't recomend it.

no one has made one. thats why. I'm sure it can be done but after spending 4000k on a s/c kit who has extra money to spend on fabbing up an intercooler as well?

Exactlty. IT took a long time but they finally came out with an affordable ($500) intercooler for the Pontiac Grand Prix GTP..

actually to prevent pinging you can run a h2o/alchol injection set up if you don't want to mess piping up an intercooler. btw i have an m90 laying around with top if anyone wants it.

I built one for the EE kit.... I have it in my hands now!!! I never had a problem with detonation without the cooler, if you have a good tuner, you dont have to run an intercooler... Vortch offers one, but doesnt sell them with every kit!!!

I have a how-to build up on an M90 for the OHV, its from Brian who built one. I plan on doing it myself. Its not just a simple bolt on but its worth it. It takes a bit work, especially to the fuel management system, actually a whole new one. It does not need to run a cooler either. You can keep the stock injectors as long as you keep it at or under 10 psi. The whole build up is going to run me around $700. If any of you are interested in send me a PM.
