Are you talking about the complete plastic inner fender or the small flexible splash shields that are pinned to them?

I got mine from ford. They are crap though. Next time I'm going to get gap guards and cut them to fit.

They are about $15 each at the dealer. Order 2 passenger side splash shields (F87Z-16102-AA) and reverse the pins on one of them. If you order the driver side part number from Ford, it has been superceded to a 1/4-length "shield" that is completely useless.

If you want them to live MUCH longer, mount the shields inside of the plastic fender instead of outside as from the factory. This requires repunching the two rear holes to make it line up but it is a worthwhile mod, especially if you have oversize tires.

Here is the remounted shield. At the top of the photo, you can see the "witness mark" on the inner fender where the splash shield used to be on the outside:

LOL. I think they were called front splash guards but don't quote me. They were about 20 a piece for a small piece of rubber that barely covers anything.

You can get gap guards from any offroad place. I don't know how much they cost but my plan was to get them on cut them to size.

Nope, I just bought 2 passenger side shields a month ago and they are exactly that size - the same as came from the factory on the passenger side of my 03.

As stated above, if you order the driver side shield, it has been shortened and is useless. The passenger side is full sized and also fits perfectly on the DS.

I must have missed it. Ford told me that they were both small. There I go listening to Ford again.

your better off buying some flat rubber from a distributor and making your own.

I happen to come into a roll of rubber, 2ft wide, 1/8 think 40ft long... for free, which I used for stone gaurds for behind my fog lights. I have been meaning to make splash gaurds for around my engine, but so far I have been able to find better things to do with my time.

The top one is new, the bottom one was factory installed on my 03. Both are passenger side but will also fit the driver side.

Mine have been out since I bought the truck. Replaced the shocks and never put them back in. Didn't really see much use for them.
