Spark Plugs

So I have been looking a little bit about the spark plugs on the 150. The 4.6L don't have the two piece plugs right? So mine will come out easily?

If not I am going to buy the Lisle tool to have just in case something bad happens.

Remember this only affects 04 (non heritage)+ which have the 3 valve version of the 5.4L, 97-04H had 5.4L 2V.
Just found that so I think I answered my own question and I am safe with a one piece plug.
