I got A problem That I did not Expect well I should have I am A auto tech Knowing how auto mfg's do I should have seen it coming. My 1992 Ranger 3.0 5 speed has no tach in the cluster so when my speedometer started acting up I figured that would be the perfect time to change it out for the one with a tach. Well, that set me up for failure it figures instead of just adding the tach to the cluster they went and changed the whole dang pinout that or they reversed the two connectors which side of the cluster they plug into I did not try that not even sure if they will do that. Anyway, I need some wiring diagrams if anyone has someone for the No tach version pinout and one with a tach so I can rearrange the wires in the connectors. Thanks for any help till I could sort this out I went ahead and changed the speedo it's self so I do have it working but would really like to put the tach cluster in.

Just an FYI, pretty much all Public Libraries have a website you can log into, and it will have an "automotive repair" section, and it has loads of info including wiring diagrams
You need to go to local Library and get a card or register your current card for online use, and set up a Login Password, its FREE
