2.3l pcv valve replaced 4 times in last 7-8 months

My pcv valve keeps clogging up and collapsing the hose... Is there anything that may need causing the to go out more often? And if so any fix recommended??

Get a new reinforced hose and valve.

Buy new parts and see what happens. When I worked at land rover as a tech I would see this often with the range rovers with 5.0 bmw motors, hose had zero reinforcement from vacuum. From the tech documents the hose was actually losing structural rigidity from the gases breaking down the hoses chemistry.

What year Ranger?
There were 4 different 2.3l engines used

PCV systems have 2 hoses
Hose on the valve and the Breather hose
Which one is collapsing?
