2001 Ford ranger Idle problems 3.0,

I'm still having idle problems, I checked the codes, replaced all the vaccum lines accept the small ones. Replaced ALL the fuel sensors and 02 sensors. I replaced the filter, and fuel filter coil pack, tune up. It idles above 1k then drops back down some times goes low and almost stalls. Sprayed starter fluid around to see if the engine revs hi. I cleaned the heads with that stuff that smokes several times. I also run injector fluid cleaner through my fuel system once a month. I have 250 k miles has plenty of power, my maintenance has always been top notch. Also I'm running straight pipes no longer have any emissions control stuff. I think I have a small exhaust leak. When I disconect the mass air flow sensor that I replaced the idle goes about we're it needs, connected it goes above 1k. I have no idea what it could be. All the air temp sensors idle control, all been replaced. I need a pro to chime in. I'm going to check the exhaust see if welding it will fix it. This idle problem is about 6 months old, it has gotten better with all the replacements. I was thinking about buying a injector cleaner maybe that fixing it idk.

Really need help fellas did every recommended thing I can think of,

Thanks
