2001 ranger idle problem

I replaced the coil, the iac, replaced the mass air flow sensor, and 02 sensors. When disconnect the mass air flow sensor, runs a little better but still have idle issues. I need a rundown on all the vaccum lines and other sensors that need to be replaced. I'm going to replace them all and be done with it, anyone can help me with a list to replace all the sensors would be much appreciated, also what possible could be the problem.

I'm running straight pipes, most of the emissions control is long gone, truck has 250k miles. Runs great I do regular maintenance and do it all right.

Also the headlights flicker off occasionally, Judy started today. Does that take a relay, what's the advice on that. Without getting to much into it.

Thanks

PCV hoses hooked up? Fuel Regulator Vacuum line hooked up? When I bought mine it was plugged off to keep the idle smooth.
