My truck has a gradually worsening whistle (chirp above 3000 rpm) while the throttle is being used. Also throwing codes for misfires on cylinder 4,5,6 and sometimes misfire on startup. I suspect a vacuum leak is the culprit but I am not sure where to start looking and was wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue.
