2005 Ford ranger 2D help!

Hey everyone!

having a bit of an idle problem with my Ford ranger ( 3.0 v6). When I’m idling the car shakes a bit and makes a slight noise that make it sounds like it’s loosing power then it kicks back up. It’s not much of an issue it doesn’t stall or anything but I would like to know if there’s a way to make this better.below is the link to hear the noise. I changed the spark plugs yesterday and that didn’t seem to help. And I feeling like the shake is up and down for some reason. Idk if that helped.

Im a beginner with cars so please try going slow haha. I’m going to be trying to clean the AIC this week and see if that helps. Thanks.

Yes, clean the IAC Valve and MAF sensor

It reads like a mis-fire at idle, that's the "shaking" part
Pull out each spark plug and look at its tip and check its Gap
Spark plug tips tell you whats going inside that cylinder, Google: images spark plug tips

Unfortunately your 2005 3.0l falls into the "Recessed exhaust valve seats" TSB that Ford release for 2004-2006 Rangers with 3.0l engine
Seen here: https://www.therangerstation.com/for...n-tsb-05-26-3/

Hopefully its not the start of this issue, nothing preventive you can do, just have to wait and see

managed to get both clean and it looks like that didn’t work. The car is also idling under 800 I think it’s maybe around600.
