31s vs 33s

I will be lifting my 02 xlt 4x4 pretty soon and I want to do 2 inch shackles for the rear and crank the stock keys 2 inches for the front. My question is should I go with 285s or 265s. I don’t want any rubbing but It’s my daily driver so I’m also not planning on taking it off-roading heavily

I've got 285/75-16 on a '99. When I first installed them, I just did a small (1.5"?) lift block in the back and a slight torsion twist. Since then, I've swapped to Sport Trac springs in the back without the lift block or the factory block, and added a 1" body lift. I've never had any rubbing in the back, and on the front it's rare and only on the frame itself. Hope that helps.
