If you know you're only gonna have it for a few months, why spend money on it? That doesn't compute.

Oil changes
Tire inflations
antifreeze/coolant
transmission oil
lightbulb replacement
windshield washer fluid

Those are all cheap, easy, and doable....... and in 8 months when you get rid of it, you won't have regrets about dumping money into a vehicle that you're not keeping.

But it is your money afterall.....

you asked for opinions and you are getting them.

simple maintenance is actually a fantastic idea for short term vehicle ownership. do a full fluid flush. tranny, t-case, diffs, oil, coolant. stuff like that. get it ready to sell. work on any rust. fix problems. you could do some two toning on the paint. or paint your wheels.

Suspension lift.
Body lift
Prerunner bumper.
35" rims
M/T shoes
pearl white paint job
tinted windows
5.0 conversion
etc...

Hey... you wanted us to spend you money for you, right? On second thought... since you're getting rid of it in 8 months, might as well put those mods on MY truck. That way you only deal with the installation once and no swapping over. That should save you some time.

When should I bring my truck over?

hehe

How is a suggestion to perform maintenance crap? How was I supposed to know you already did it? I'm not psychic. It was an honest suggestion and I thought I was being particular nice considering how stupid your question was. Next time you ask for something on here expect me to plant my boot firmly in your threads a**.

That's find and dandy... but not when you KNOW you'll be getting rid of the truck in 8 months. THAT'S what we are all saying. Regular maintanance is (and will be) your best friend for the next 8 or so months.

OHCs are cheap and easy. If you don't have foglights add some. Either stock or aftermarket. They are a big help. I did so.

So some paint mods or if you are really ambitious do your frame. wire wheel it and rustoleum. When you go to sell you can be like "stripped and painted entire frame"

done the cable mod which is kinda kool, done air box mod, sounds sick, MPG fell like a rock, and ive got a 2000 ranger so no T-bars here... but will wheel spacers do anything for the look? what are the pros and cons of putting wheel spacers on? wont they simply bump my tires out?
