raised letter tires

I have a 2019 ranger with black out option with raised white letters on the tires which are hankook. i have the truck about 6 months and the tires are fading and there is a wide wall starting to show on the whole tire about 2 inches wide under the black. The white is in the rubber to enable the raised lettering but don't expect it to sho through the black rubber on the rest of the side wall. is anyone else having these issues? did Ford handle it or send you to tire manufacturer?

Ford doesn't warranty the tires, you'll have to find your local Hankook tire dealer.

But my guess is they won't do anything for you, they will say you are getting to close to curbs causing the problem.

+1 ^^^

I assume the "white wall" is forming on passenger side tire(s)
That is from rubbing on curbs when parking, as said above
And won't be a warranty covered issue

Different manufactures have different rubber compounds, some will oxidize sooner then other, turning brown.

You can always remount the tires with the white lettering inside, exposing the black wall side only.
