This is what I use for recovery.

With the F250, which has shackles built onto the front/rear bumpers.



3"x30' - 30,000#'s

and clevis'

like the one, around the hook, in this pic.

i got mine from tractor supply.

ah, i see, thanks a lot xtian! i can get the clevis's around here but im gonna order the strap and hitch shackle

for most anything u need. also, get several clevis's and a few different sizes.

whenever i get around to it ill have:
-20 foot, 3" wide 30K strap
-30 foot, 3" wide 30K strap
-two 3/4 clevis
-two 7/16 clevis
-two 9/16 clevis
-hi lift
-6 and/or foot tree savor

a 20ft and 30ft is a waste of money IMO, go with a 30 and be done with it. If you have to you can double it up for a 15ft...

how is it a waste? double a tow strap? not exactly good for the strap...or if u need a longer pull u can hook two straps together with a clevis...
