Bouncing Speedo

I've greased my cable countless times, i've replaced the speedometer. and i've checked the Speed sensor or whatever you call it in my transmission. but heres the deal.
at certain speeds, usually anywhere between 55-65 or 75-85 my speedo bounces. i have a video of it, but i don't know how to get it off of my phone.
i was wondering if anybody else has this problem in the Cable driven speedo trucks.

I checked it, it didn't look to be all that great, and at the time i couldn't order a new one, i'll have to look again.
