Brake line replacement
Hey guys,
I have an 89 ranger that needs a brake line replacement. The driverside line running from the proportioning valve to the rear is pissing fluid. From what I have read, I will need to buy a roll of copper-nickel brakeline and bend it myself. It seems like it should be easy, but I know that is never the case. I will likely have to drop the fuel tank and God knows what else in order to get it in, as a good portion of the line runs between the tank and the frame of the vehicle, rendering it inaccessible. This is going to be a pretty lengthy section of line and I am worried that I won't be able to get the whole line installed in a single section. If I need to, can I cut the line into two separate pieces and join them together? If anyone reading this has experience replacing lines, I will welcome any input.
Thanks
