Changed Fuel Pump and Service Engine Light is on now

Just changed my fuel pump and now my service engine light is on. I dont know if its some thing I did. I had some of the vaccume lines off when it broke down. I hooked everything back up right. I also changed the fuel filter. Anyone have any ideas? I did reset the computer and the light shut off, only to come back on about five minutes later. The truck is a 2003 fx4 with 103,000 miles on it. The light was never on before I changed the pump.
