Clunk noise
Welcome to the forum
2WD or 4x4, manual or auto?
Regular or extended cab(they use different drive shafts)?
U-joints on the drive shaft are the most common cause of "clunk" noise
But check motor mounts with simple test
Open the hood, so you can see engine from drivers seat
Start engine
With foot on the brake shift into drive
Watch engine
Give engine some gas with foot still on the brake, engine will lift up on one side a bit but just a bit
Try same thing in Reverse
If engine lifts too much and you also here "clunk" then you have a broken motor mount
If you have a manual trans then do the same test but with cold engine(high idle) and feather out clutch pedal while watching engine, other foot on the brake!
Use 1st and Reverse
