Coil

Trying to find a high output coil for my 2006 2.3l any help would be great.

The coil is already high out put, so much so, that the OEM plugs have to be double platinum, or at least they should be.
With points and the old style distributor, one could expect around, no more then 50,000 volts at the plugs.
I couldn't find the specs off hand, but now it's probably over 100,000 volts to jump the large spark plug gaps that todays vehicles are running including your truck.

What's going on as to why you think you need a high output coil ?

Nothing really. Just wanted to upgrade. Thanks for the info.
