INterior fasteners- door arm rest

Can anyone tell me where I can get the little spring clip nuts the door handle screws thread into?

These are the little spring clips that attach into two quarter inch or so punchouts in the inside of the door assembly.

They are right under the handle in the armrest (those two little phillips head screws.)

Believe they are rivets. Got a pic? There's many different door panels that came in these trucks....so it's hard to know what you are talking about......what year?
