Cruise not working

99 2.5 auto rwd I did the cruise button test where you hold the off button, turn key on, press on, coast, resume, set/accel. I get two flashes at the end. Meaning it's the brake switch or circuit, clutch switch or circuit. I changed both brake switches, the one on the pedal and the one on the master cylinder. The fuse in the recall harness from the master cylinder is good. So I guess my next step is tracing wires for a short which is where I need help. Do I just tear into the conduit and follow the wires everywhere? I have a test light but no multimeter. Could it be something else?

Im getting power to master cylinder harness. I jump the master cylinder harness and still get nothing. Took out servo and everything seems fine in there. Nothing on the circuit board was blown up and the gears moved. What am I missing?!
