This may be an old topic and no one may care about it anymore since, you know these trucks are over a decade old. but i added some cup holders to my truck today and wanted to share.
You can get a set of cup holders off of Ebay for the 60/40 split bench for 20-30 dollars. However none of these have the screws. The dealership charges a ton for these screws.
I made a set out of some M6x1 bolts, spacers made from 4 awg terminal lugs and some washers. i put the screws in, and used a rubber hammer to secure the cup holder. It turned out pretty well.

Next, none of the cup holders where large enough for my 40 oz stainless steel water bottle that i drink from.
so, i 3d printed another cup holder and fastened it to the center console with 3M VHB tape. it turned out pretty well

Don't worry about posting info on obsolete fixes\mods to obsolete equipment\vehicles.
Just about everything I own & work on is "obsolete", but somehow I like it that way!
