I think that depends on your policy holder. I was hoping for that same thing as I haven't had a wreck since I was 15. When I turned 25 I was hoping to see a big price drop in my insurance rates, but no. So I got to reading the policy, you only get the price drop at 25 if you're married, 30 if you're single. It made me think man maybe I should of married my Ex. girlfriend like she wanted. I could of saved a boat load on car insurance.

Ouch, I pay that for my truck and my SHO. Full coverage on the truck and only liability on the SHO. I'm also 20 and have been driving since I was 16.

in alberta (where i live) i am 100% sure it drops for me when i hit 25...

i'm looking for the bumper, that does not end before the wheel well... i know there are some, where there is valence between the bumper and tire...

what is a new 07 grill worth (used technically, seeing as insurance will replace it and i'm going to take it off, same with the bumper, the bumper i have, i don't like it because of ground clearance issues... i'm going to try to see if i can go get the fog from the middle of the hiway, i saw where it landed...

**** I SHOULD SEE IF I CAN GET HIM AT FAULT FOR HIS PLATE!!!!

i still don't know what the hell it says!

nah, i'm just kidding, i know the guy, coincidently, he used to be one of the assistant store managers, when i worked for home depot, really nice guy... how much you guys figure this is going to cost in repairs, total?

up side, no tickets, but i am 100% at fault according to insurance adjuster, will be getting an estimate on the 21st... i tried to get them to not make it my fault, every way shape and form, claimed chain reaction, claimed icy conditions... told them i was a gov employee (e-mail address ends with @gov.ab.ca) but no dice...

no insurance tickets here in calgary, if not paid in 60 days, will land you 1 month in jail, and if you do decide to pay it, it's $2850

Wow. I pay around $1400 a year for full coverage on my Ranger and liability and uninsured motorist on my Cougar.

28, no tickets, no accidents (at the time) and thats the best i could do.

We will see how that changes after todays wreck though. I get an estimate tomorrow though! woo!

Insurance does drop be quite a bit when you turn 25 im not sure about half though, but i know thats what happened for my brother,Im 20 and i pay 300+ a month for full coverage with a 1k deductible which is insane thats almost as much as i pay a month to have my truck, and my brother pays like 1200 a year for his new 60K f150 haha.

Sucks to see the truck in such rough shape dude. In most cases if you are the person that rear ends someone it is your fault no matter what the situation, thats why i try to stay back 15 or 20 feet when im following someone in crappy conditions. But i hope everything works out for you and you getter back together in one peice!

i was actually following people at a very good distance, but they didn't have enough room to get around the car that was stopped in the left lane, went around him on the shoulder, and plugged all the openings... so i had no where to go but the farthest point from me, which was the back of the bmw

as for speed, i was doing about 90 down the road, still doing about 15-20 i figure, when i hit him... (km/h) it was hard, i thought the airbags were going to go off, made sure my arms were out of the way before i hit him, incase it did, felt more or less like a good solid hit, head on, when on bumper cars... looking at the damage on my truck, it went up and over the bmw, there is about 9 inches of good solid scratches on my left frame rail from the bumper back

negative! it is not going back to stock...

i think this is the grill that they are going to put on, except i remember there being one without the 2 vertical pieces... not sure though...

and the front bumper i am planning on having them put on is the 05 one, but i can't find a pic of the one with the top piece that goes all the way to the wheel well, with square fogs...

here's a question for the aftermarket parts gurus, what are some nice looking aftermarket bumpers? i'm looking for something that will give me a better approach angle, don't care about my fog lights, i am going to put them in the grill...

i don't know if the shop will put an aftermarket bumper on, but i will ask... they will put a different year's bumper on it though...

be driving at a decent speed, through moderate traffic, make sure there is a traffic accident ahead, that you don't know about... when the other vehicles try to stop for it, and you hit black ice, the rest should take care of it's self...
