Does this look right?? (pics)

I don`t think so, but what do you guys think?

The 1st pic is the passenger side. The red arrow is pointed to the problem.
The 2nd pic is the driver side. That side looks normal to me.

tie rod is jus rolled back. grab it and roll it forward if it bothers you

if it feels loose when you grab it, then worry

Well, sometimes I feel a little pop in my steering wheel while turning and when I back up and turn the wheel to the left, I hear a rubbing sound on that side really quick then it goes away. But nothing is rubbing. So I wonder if that has something to do with it.

I doubt that is what you're hearing. If it bothers you, you can easily fix it. I think that's part of what they adjust when they do an alignment though... I think adjusting the tie rod ends like that can affect your toe-in a little bit. I could be wrong though. Either way, it's not anything you need to lose sleep over.

if you wheel falls off while driving down the road, dont blame us. if in doubt take it to the dealer and have them look at it.
