E-brake cables after expo swap

So quick question.. I have a regular cab ranger. Do I have to get e brake cables for a 2 door explorer or a 4 door? The axle came off a 4 door (I know it doesn't matter now) but I'm curious if the lengths of the cables are any different.

i don't think it would matter as the cable goes from the brakes to where the front mount of the leaf spring is. the different length cables would go from the pedal inside the truck, under the cab to the front mount on the rear springs.

Nah, they're pretty much all universal.
Say, Expo cable would fit on a Ranger, Maybe Expedtion, F-150. That kinda stuff. Some Ford cars could possibly share the same cable.
