I'd drive one. I live in a town that is MAJORLY liberal in a state that is humongously conservative. I'd get so much tail in that. And I'f lift it on 35s haha, to spite hippies.

I hope your talking about Alaska, Because MN is about as liberal as it gets. Just because we have a Republican Governor, don't let it fool you, visit out state MN and see what there is out there. A bunch of Scandinavian Socialists.

yah my dad helped design those when he worked at ford, used to bring them home from work all the time. The only problem w/ them was their range...only could get around 70 to 100 miles b4 a recharge.

Watch the movie documentary, Who Killed the Electric Car. It tells how there was a law in cali stated that something like 1% of cars made had to be electric. Then the law was abolished. Thats why there is no more GM EV1, ranger etc.

It was actually pretty quick, off the line it moved but it toped out at around 80. Going up hills was also hard on it especially with the A/C on. Other than that it was pretty cool but it couldn't tow for crap.
