Engine swap help
1983 to 2011 2WD used coil springs up front, only exceptions were EDGE model 2WD 2001-2005, SPORT model 2006-2009, and I think the Trailhead model all used torsion bars instead of coil springs
1998 and up 4x4s all used torsion bar

PCMs are not that expensive, only the PATS programming can be expensive being Dealer only, until now......

You need this for V8 swap as well
You can get PCMs here WITH PATS keys for $150-$250: http://www.fs1inc.com/ford-lincoln-m...6&model=56&p=2
You will need to have the keys cut for your doors and ignition of course
