Explorer center console with manual transmission

Anyone have any pics? I think I want to get a center console to put my carputer that i'm gonna be starting on hopefully soon, but I need to make sure I can make it work with a standard transmission and still have a place for my HU to go.

yes it works that spot where those little pockets are that are carpeted you have to take out. the shifter comes up through there. acully there was manual explorer sport tracs there rare i got to drive one it was nice. then get like a shifter boot from like JCW and rig it up and your set

and whats this carputer your talking about...

Would the ST console fit? I'd kind of like some pictures of what I'd have to remove so I can know if I'll have the space I want for the HU and possibly my CB also.

And here's a carputer: https://www.ranger-forums.com/forum2...light=carputer

Haven't started mine yet, but I've been doing a ton of reading about them and I'm going to try and start gathering parts for it soon.

Cool! Keep us updated on the Carputer! This is something I have been wanting to do. Anyone know how much that Drivesoft setup is?

check out www.mp3car.com and just read every damn little thing you can on that site, and you'll get a good feel for it. you can order parts from them also.
