is there ANY way I can get a new dash board or can I make my own becuase my dash drive max is 85 and I’m always going past that I would think there are no already manufactured kinds becuase I can’t find any but does anyone know what I could do?
No not really anything available for Rangers as far as stock looking
You can get GPS speedometers
You could change the Driven gear on the speedometer cable so it reads LOWER that actual speed, you would need to test actual speed(with GPS APP), like when speedo says 80, you might be at 95mph actual
Then you could find a custom overlay that matches your re-calibrated speeds
You will have a VSS sensor with the speedo cable on transmission, and you can get electric speedometers that can use that VSS signal, Ford uses 8,000ppm(pulse per mile) for its calibration, that should be an option when selecting an electric speedometer, assuming driven gear matches axle ratio and tire size
Get one of these...reads wind speed. Stick it out the window and, wallah...you get your speed. But only if wind is calm. If you drive into the wind it will read higher numbers...if driving with the wind, true speed will be lower. Go figure !

Cheapest and SAFEST (before u end up in prison for manslaughter) thing to do is slow down, the Ranger suspension or brakes aren't meant for high speeds over 85, it's gonna bite you HARD someday.
If I were u I'd buy a 4 banger that has a top speed of 85, that way u won't be tempted to drive more krazy than that.
Maybe he is using it on a track, and has modified it and has good tires so he feels comfortable at the higher speed
You can get HUD(heads up displays) as well, disconnect speedo cable and just use the VSS signal to a HUD that projects speed on lower windshield, very 2020, lol
Ford computers do get the VSS speed signal and can have "Speed limiters" so over 95-100MPH it can start limiting spark/fuel, limiting speed
Not really, I have a stock 1994 4.0l Ranger and wouldn't even consider going over 75MPH, so anyone wanting to go over 85MPH must be doing it on a track and has done some work so not stock vehicle
Otherwise it's a Darwin Award candidate, so no big deal
