Found it!

well i have been looking for a wheeling rig for a while. i ran accross this today and i think i may pick it up to build in to an off road truck. perfect start 97 4x4 4.0 well taken car of. im gona go take a look at it next week to se how bad the damage is. i plan to take the bumper off any way and i can get a fender for $50. what do you guys think? it would get a skyjacker stage 2 6in lift with 33s and lockers front and rear and 4.56 gears. best part is its only 2500 so i might be able to talk him down to like 1800 ish i hope.

Looks like it could be a great trail rig. If you weren't going the SAS route, a built up (1997, 4.0L, 4x4) TTB would be it!

$2000 is the most that I would suggest for that truck. I got my '96 from a used car lot for 2750 and it had 30k less miles and a few more options.
