Need more info. Are you talking about the suspension, or the front fenders, hood, etc?

The short answer is no on the body panels, and the suspension definitely will not work. The body panels can be made to work, but you have to swap the radiator support and one of the hood hinges. It's really not worth the work.

A lot of changes have been made from 94 to 05. Anything can be made to fit with enough time, money, and equipment; but as far as 'bolt on' swap, no it won't. Too many design changes have been made.

The 'little black radiator looking thing' you're talking about is the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler. I don't see why that wouldn't fit, all we're talking is some hoses and a mount, although getting one from an 05 or close may be a better bet.

Just to sate my own curiosity, why is it you're wanting to install 94 parts on an 05?
