friend of mine has nearly the same truck but in crew cab and a 4" lift, he gets about 14mpg and drives it right at 100 miles a day during the week. It has like 90k miles on it, and i dont think he has replaced any balljoints or wheel bearings yet.

You should be good to go. On 35s expect about a 14-15 average. Around town I get 14-15 and highway its 15-18 if I'm really lucky. I have a programmer and exhaust though so that helps a little bit.

Have you done any engine mods? Fuel filter change recently? 10 seems way low unless you just drive it like you stole it. Sexy truck though!!!!

I get 12-15mpg with my 35's and programmer. The extra 4" of height on that will probably take a little more fuel. You should be good to go for a while regarding bearings/ball joints. I think the more common one is the upper balljoint, but it is an easy fix and should be good for some time.

Think of this... the Ford Raptor uses the same bearings as our trucks, and comes from the factory with 35" tires. I'm not worried.

I would be more concerned about the leveling kit killing ball joints.
