Got myself a new truck...

I haven't been on here in a few months because my Ranger lost reverse back in April. I sold it for oats to a dealer that was fixing up a step side he had.

I finally got a new truck two weeks ago.... I did the full size mod. SO MUCH NICER!

Yeah, I miss the Ranger, but this thing has comfort features 100x better. And the off-road package with the suspension is much nicer than my father's Cadillac STS.

But you forget the Ranger credo, like the fisher mens credo, "The worst day fishing is 10x better than the best day at work"

The worst Ranger on the road is 10x better than the best non-Ranger ever made

Guys are so spoiled now a days, there was a time when if you had a truck with a heater and a full set of wipers, you were doing well.
If it had a radio, you're were really living !
Electric wipers too were an option and most came with vacuum operated wipers.

Power brakes/steering weren't even considered.
It was a truck designed to do one thing, to haul stuff and that was about it.

I remember with my Dad's 59 Chev Apache Fleet-side , with a load of gravel, it took a lot to stop that truck !
