Help me!

I'm trying to check if my fuel pressure is good but I CAN NOT seem to find what the proper range is for my truck. I have a 2008 2.3L 4x2. I'm super new to all this so talking to me like I'm a child first learning about vehicles would be much appreciated lol

Welcome to the forum

1986 thru 1997 Ranger used 35psi average
1998 thru 2011 Rangers used 55-65psi fuel pressure at the engine while its running, so 60psi average

So 2008 would need 60psi average
Engine models didn't matter fuel pressure is specific to year of vehicle

Fuel pressure average is needed by the computer, same as fuel injector size
So computer can accurately add the correct amount of gasoline to the engine
