Correct fuel pressure reading for 2.3 liter?
Just changed out the fuel pump on my 2001 Ford Ranger, 2.3 liter, which had failed. Checked the fuel pressure at the Schrader valve and it's holding steady at 80 psi when idling. Is this the correct pressure? Somehow that sounds too high; could that cause a problem?

Found it... Tiny little blue cap at the very back of the fuel rail behind the intake manifold. A complete PITA to even reach your hand back there... talking finger tip access.
Tested to see if I had fuel pressure. I have zero..lol Today I hope to change my fuel pump now that I finally got all 6 bed bolts off the truck.
