I got tires

I got tires today. I will put them on, on tuesday. They are 265/75/16 which are 31.6 inchs. I cant decide if i should do a bl now. Would it look dumb. If i could get some pictures with that size tire on a bl. 32s dont look to bad. A 2 inch bl wouldnt look bad but they dont make one. I could make my own. what are your opions.

Yeah no BL until you get bigger tires, thatt would look worse than 32s because they're so skinny. You could do a 1"

and why the heck did you not post pictures!

No point in doing a 2 inch, bumpers would look like poo with the gap. 1" or 3", personally I wouldn't lift it at all until your ready for new tires.

They have about 80% left. I know they guy who owns a tires place. He said 80 bucks for all with mount and balance. I am reading the 1 in bl tread. I might just do that. Sounds easy enough. If I ever go with bigger tires I will just buy a 3in bl.

That is for everything. 80 for tires. 20 for mount and balance.

Yea I still might not. I wont get new tires for a while. So 30 bucks for a 1 inch wouldnt be bad and after a couple years when i get 33s I will just get a 3 inch and call it good.

I just dont see the point in doing a 1in when in a year or two you are going to want a 3 in. A 1in BL in my opinion is going to do jack.

Its jacked up off the ground so that is like 2 inches of lift. You can see the jacks in the front and back.

You said that your truck as not body lift and you got 265/75R16 tires.I'm wondering if a got 285/75R16 BFG A/T on my 04 Ranger will fit???I don't want lose too much power because the tires was too big.I know i'm gonna have to crank the t-bar if I don't want to rub the fender.

So 10.8" wide tires are skinny now?

Where have I been and why didn't I get the memo?

I have 265/75/16's, I'm doing a 3" spindle lift and I've already jacked up the truck to see what it will look like and it looks fine. However, the gap between the front tire and the fender is way too small on stock rangers.

If your suspension is stock, I'd start with a leveling lift.

Yea those are almost 33 inch tires. You can run them there might be a little rubbing there might not. Just do both. A bl is only 107.

I have 265 and not rub. In that picture there the truck is jacked up so there is a bigger gap.
